App is hard to use by having to hold the iPhone on you

Not sure if I like the app much as it is hard to hold and do the sit ups Maybe having it in the arm band with the app on would be better Not accurate at all

Works well and helps me build up slowly.

Usually my problem is I want to start a workout all in and do too much the first day. Then day two I hurt to much to do it again, then one day turns to two... This app helps me be more consistent and see how much I really am doing overall. I also love anything that tracks my progress for me. I use it on an iPad and I find it works very well.

Good start

Its a good start to a serious workout. Helps get the day started.

Gradual sit-up training

I use this app to get ready for the Army physical fitness event of sit-ups. I like the gradual progression and helps me work on speed.

I didnt use it

I immediately deleted it because I accidentally entered my incorrect weight and start level. It wont allow changes so I didnt bother.
